WMLAX Full-Year Development Program

One of our primary goals each year is to provide consistent, purposeful training while maintaining the flexibility that busy families and multi-sport athletes need. We are excited to announce that agreements have now been finalized with all of our off-season training facilities, giving us official time blocks for our Fall, Winter, and Preseason training programs.

Designed for Multi-Sport Athletes

We understand that many of our athletes participate in football, basketball, hockey, wrestling, soccer, and other activities throughout the year. Our training model is intentionally built to provide meaningful development opportunities without requiring families to choose between sports.

We also recognize that not every family can attend every session. That is why we strive to keep our pricing flexible and focus on maximizing the value of every workout we provide.

Additional Training Opportunities Coming Soon

For families seeking additional development opportunities before the spring season, we are currently working on several optional add-on programs, including:

  • Challenge ourselves
  • Build relationships
  • Play against new opponents
  • Discover what we need to improve when we return to practice

Success is measured not only by wins and losses but also by growth, effort, sportsmanship, learning, and the experience we create together.

Built for Multi-Sport Athletes

We understand that many athletes participate in multiple sports and activities throughout the year. Our schedule is intentionally designed to provide meaningful lacrosse development without requiring year-round specialization.

We believe multi-sport athletes develop valuable athletic skills, avoid burnout, and become more complete competitors.
