Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Boys 12u/14u Spring 2024
Refunds are not available after the start of the tournament or session. A partial refund may be available minus administrative fees before the event.
Boys Lax Warpigs/Clinic
Refund and Tournament Cancellation Policy Partial refunds may be requested prior to the start date of any WMLAX program, season, clinic, or tournament. Any approved refund will be reduced by non-refundable expenses already incurred by WMLAX, including but not limited to credit card processing fees, apparel and uniform costs, insurance expenses, administrative costs, and other program-related expenditures. No refunds will be issued after the official start date of a program, season, clinic, or tournament. Tournament cancellations that occur due to circumstances outside the control of West Michigan Lacrosse (WMLAX), including but not limited to severe weather, air quality concerns, facility closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other safety-related events, are not eligible for refunds. In the event of such a cancellation, WMLAX may, at its sole discretion and after evaluating any recovered or non-refundable costs, provide participants with a credit or voucher toward future WMLAX programs, events, clinics, leagues, or tournaments. The amount and form of any credit or voucher will be determined by the WMLAX Board of Directors based on the financial impact of the cancellation and any expenses incurred by the organization, including but not limited to tournament fees, uniforms, insurance, travel expenses, credit card processing fees, and administrative costs.
